The mission of our university is to establish and maintain effective communication with national and international institutions of higher education in order to represent the university at the highest level; to deliver educational services in accordance with contemporary pedagogical principles; to educate competent, self-confident individuals who are committed to universal values; to facilitate the integration of international students into both the university and the city through structured informational and orientation programs; and to provide comprehensive guidance and support in addressing the challenges students may encounter throughout their academic careers.

The vision of our university is to become a globally respected university that provides academic, administrative, and social guidance to international students; produces knowledge and technology in line with international standards; and cultivates entrepreneurial individuals who shape the future.
